This petition is directed against the order dtd. 19th January, 2016 passed by the Sessions Court, Raigad, Alibag on the application preferred by respondent no.2 for exemption from appearance before the trial court pending hearing of the revision application. The learned Sessions Judge, has granted the application by his well reasoned order dtd. 19th January, 2016. The learned Judge has limited the exemption granted to respondent no.2 to a period of three months, within which the revision application is expected to be heard. Further direction has been given to respondent no.2 to remain present before the trial court through the advocate. In the circumstances, there is no substance in the challenge to the impugned order.
