This Civil Application is for clarification of the interim order dated 28th April, 2014. By consent, the same is disposed off with the following clarification. The amount of 25% referred to at para-5 of the order would mean 50% of the amount deposited by the petitioner in the Court. Therefore, out of the total amount deposited by the petitioner,
