After hearing the learned Advocate for the petitioner for some time, he seeks leave to withdraw the Petition.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that he would proceed with the recording of evidence of the plaintiff in Regular Civil Suit No. 4 of 2010 pending before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Vengurla, District 1/2 54-WP-6966-2016.doc Sonali Mane

Sindhudurg. He further requests that the Suit may be expedited considering the controversy involved in the matter.

In view of the above facts, the Petitioner does not press for reliefs in this petition and the same is disposed of as not being pressed. 4.

The learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Vengurla, Dist. Sindhudurga is directed to make an endeavour to dispose of Regular Civil Suit No. 4 of 2010 within a period of one year from the date of this order. 5.
