After having heard both sides and finding that a notice has been issued to the petitioner to appear before the competent authority but no order has been passed either on the petitioner's request for grant of Custom House Agent's (CHA) licence nor in furtherance of the letter dated 10 July 2012, we direct that requisite order be passed and communicated to the petitioner by 15 May 2015.
