In the companion petition, i.e. Writ Petition No. 9716 of 2019, Interim Application No. 326 of 2021 has been taken out seeking amendments to the petition. Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 3 opposes the application. Since the matter is at the stage of admission and in any event, the Respondents will have adequate opportunity to deal with the amendment, we allow the amendment. Amendment to be carried out in the course of the current week. Amended copy be served on the Respondents. The Respondents may fle a reply to the amended Petition inter alia by challenging the permissibility or propriety of the amendment. Copies of such reply may be served on the other side latest by 5 March 2021. 4.

Interim Application No. 1149 of 2019 is also for amendment. Considering that Interim Application No. 326 of 2021 has been allowed. Learned Counsel for the Applicant does not press Interim Application No. 1149 of 2009.
