Learned Advocate for the applicant states that respondent on.4 has expired and by this civil application he seeks to delete the name of respondent no.4. He has annexed a copy of the death certificate issued on 29th August, 2017 Exhibit-A. In the circumstances, I pass the following order; (i) Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). (ii) Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification dispensed with.

(iii) On behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2, Mr.Topkar states that he will file the Vakalatnama within two weeks from today.
