The grievance raised by the petitioner is that he is not being produced before the trial Court on the dates fixed for trial. 2.

In case grievance of the petitioner still subsists and trial is not yet concluded, we direct the jail authorities to produce the petitioner before the trial Court on effective dates of hearing, as permissible under relevant rules / procedure.

Wit the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
