After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to suspend the applicant's sentence and enlarge him on bail, the learned senior counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw this interim application.

Accordingly, the Interim application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, since the applicant is in custody for more than 5 years, the hearing of the aforesaid appeal being Criminal Appeal No.355 of 2019, is expedited. Even otherwise, R&P with paper-book is received.
