Heard. This application is made by the applicant wife for allowing her to withdraw sum of Rs.1 lac deposited by the respondent husband in the Registry of this court.

The learned counsel for the respondent husband submits that they do not have any objection, if the applicant wife is permitted to withdraw the said amount.

The learned counsel for the husband further submits that the respondent undertakes to clear all arrears of maintenance, if any, on or before 30.09.2017 by depositing the same in the Family Court, at Pune. The statement is accepted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent husband, the averments made in the application and also as the respondent husband has no objection for allowing prayer clause (a), following order is passed: a.

The applicant Rohini Rohit Chandankar is permitted to withdraw sum of Rs.1 lac deposited by the husband in the Registry of this Court, with accrued interest, if any, unconditionally.

b.

The respondent husband to clear all arrears of maintenance, if any, by 30.09.2017 by depositing the same in the Family Court at Pune. c.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
