Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The learned counsel for the applicant on instruction submits that pursuant to the order dated 7th February, 2020 whereby the interim relief was granted to the applicant, the applicant was arrested and has since been released on bail. The learned counsel further submits that in the intervening period the charge sheet has also been lodged.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the interim order dated 7th February, 2020 which is stated to have been given effect to, is made absolute.

The application stands disposed of.
