As the appeal fled by the petitioners is still pending before the Sub-Divisional Ofcer, the present petition cannot be entertained.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Sub-Divisional Ofcer shall endeavour to decide the appeal fled by the petitioners, as early as possible and in any case within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The interim order passed by this Court dated 27 January 2023 shall remain in force till decision of the Tenancy Appeal No. 89 of 2022 pending on the fle of the learned SDO. 5.
