At the outset, learned counsel Shri. Nikam submitted that the applicant is released on temporary bail by the Sessions court in view of spread of Covid-19. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this application, at this stage, and to prefer a fresh application after the applicant surrenders after the period of temporary bail is over.

Considering this prayer, the application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application in this court after the applicant surrenders at the end by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:
