Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

i.

Mr. Mahesh Keshav Dige, Advocate, having his address at C-38, Lawyers Chamber, Shivaji Nagar, Pune is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 13th March, 2014.

ii.

Mr. Mahesh Keshav Dige, Advocate shall file his disclosure under Section 11

(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 on 22nd December, 2018.

iii.

The parties and / or their Advocates shall appear before the learned

iv.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. v.

The cost of arbitration shall initially be borne by the parties equally. vi.

The venue of the arbitration shall be at Pune. 3.
