2] The sole grievance made by the petitioner is that the action in his complaint dated 4th May 2016, made to Naya Nagar Police Station, has not been taken.

3] Mrs. Pai, learned APP, on instructions, makes statement that preliminary enquiry into petitioner's complaint would be made within 15 days from today and appropriate decision that may be taken would be informed to petitioner within a period of 15 days 1/2
