By an order dated 06/01/2022, the petitioners were granted time till 14/01/2022 to remove offce objections. Having failed in doing so, the petition got dismissed on account of default on 15/01/2022. This interim application has been fled within limitation.

The learned Advocate for the respondent submits that appropriate orders may be passed.

In view of the above, this application is allowed, subject to the following conditions :- (a) All offce objections in the writ petition shall be removed on or before 04/03/2022. On removal of offce objections, this petition shall stand restored on 05/03/2022.

(b) Non-compliance of the above order would result in recalling of this order on 05/03/2022 and the earlier order dated 06/01/2022 would stand restored.

Subject to the compliance of the above, list the writ petition on 17/03/2022 in the urgent admissions' category. Interim Application No.842 of 2022 fled by the applicant/intervenor, would be listed alongwith the writ petition.
