It is submitted that the proposal is given to the Revenue and Forest Department, Maharashtra State for rehabilitation of the persons of the affected villages as per the order of the Collector, Pune.

It is further submitted that on 13.03.2023, decision is taken by the Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation for deleting particular areas and to remove the entries from the revenue record.

Be that as it may, the representation of the Petitioners at page 127 is pending with the Revenue Department since long time. Mohite 1/2

Considering the above, Respondent no.1 may take decision upon the representation of Petitioner at page 127 on its own merits in accordance with law and policy expeditiously preferably within 6 months.
