Learned Prosecutor informs that pre-arrest bail application is pending before the learned Sessions Judge and the learned 2 / 3

Sessions Judge has not yet passed an order on it - either interim or final. It is also informed that the matter is fixed tomorrow for appearance of the Investigating Officer, who is going to appear in the Court tomorrow.

In view of this, the learned Counsel for the applicants/accused seeks leave to withdraw these anticipatory Bail Applications.
