The Application of the Petitioner states that his Criminal Appeal No.52 of 2017 challenging his conviction in CBI Special Case No.74 of 2004 is pending before this Court. His grievance is that two persons namely Awdesh Tiwari and Mayur Bhasme who were working with him originally have forged his signatures, misappropriated his funds and sold a number of vehicles and articles belonging to him in his absence since he is incarcerated. The Petition is in the form of a mere letter without giving any particulars whatsoever about the aforesaid allegations/offences committed against the Petitioner. 2.

We cannot take countenance of such vague, inadequate and insufficient complaint. However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to take out appropriate proceedings or approach the appropriate forum/authority/Court, if permissible and strictly in accordance with law.
