P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

In Crime No. 667/2018 registered with Tembhurni Police Station, Dist. Solapur for offence punishable under Sections 379 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 15 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail.

2 903.2245.19 aba.doc The learned counsel for the applicant submits that co-accused who is similarly placed is already protected by this Court. The perusal of F.I.R. depicts that the co-accused has named the applicant as a person who is custodian of stolen property. There are four criminal antecedents. No case for bail is made out. Hence, application stands rejected.
