This application is for carrying out appropriate amendment in First Appeal as well as pending Civil Applications as per schedule i.e. providing the present correct address of the respondent.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

"(a) Be pleased allow the Applicant to amend the cause title of the First Appeal and Two Civil Applications filed therein as per the Scheduled Annexed to this applications and for the reasons and circumstances mentioned hereinabove."

b) Applicant to carry out appropriate amendment within four weeks from today.
