DATED : 17th FEBRUARY, 2022 P.C:- This matter was heard for some time. After I expressed my disinclination, the learned Advocate for the petitioners sought liberty to withdraw this Petition so as to generate funds and deposit 50% of the amount to be recovered, before the Revisional Authority, since the Revision Petition under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, is still pending. It is contended that after 50% of the amount is deposited, the petitioner may move for protection under Section 154(2A).

In view of the statement made above, this Petition is disposed off.
