P.C.:- After arguing the matter for some while, the learned counsel for the Appellants seeks leave to withdraw the appeals. He however, submits that considering the nature of controversy, directions Megha 1/2

Megha 39_ao_330_2018 with.doc be given to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a fixed time frame.

In the light of above, both the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. Trial Court is directed to dispose of civil Suit No.2542 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of six months from the date of appearance of parties before the Trial Court. Both parties are directed to appear before the Trial Court on 4.3.2019.

In view of withdrawal of the appeals, the civil applications do not survive and hence stand disposed of.
