The applicant is apprehending his arrest in C.R. Nos. 1/2018, 2/2018 and 3/2018 registered at Mangaon Police Station o 6.1.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 193, 419, 420, 463, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

After arguing at length, the learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the applications with further liberty to surrender before the Magistrate on or before 8.2.2018. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. In view of this, the applicant stands protected till 5 p.m. of 8.2.2018. Upon failure to surrender before the Magistrate on or before 8.2.2018, the investigating agency would be at liberty to arrest the applicant. All the applications stand dismissed as withdrawn.
