DATED : 13th JUNE, 2022 P.C:- On expressing my disinclination to entertain the application on merits, the learned counsel for the applicant would submit that he is arraigned as an accused in C.R.No.88/2020 on 31/3/2020 and came to be incarcerated since then. He submit that the charge is not yet framed.

In case the charge is not framed within one year from today, the applicant is at liberty to renew his prayer for his release. Application is disposed off as withdrawn.
