At the request of learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the matter was adjourned on almost five occasions i.e. on 13th December 2016, 23rd January 2017, 6th February 2017, 13th February 2017, 20th February 2017 and today in the morning session at the request of learned Counsel holding for Shri Kanetkar, the matter is kept back.

The Petitioner is praying for restraining the Respondents from enforcing the impugned Notice dated 18th
Yadav VG. 2 12.wp.1317.14.odt. January 2011 under Section 13(2) of the SARFEASI Act and the consequential order dated 13th June 2013 passed by the District Magistrate, Pune.

The petitioner has efficacious alternate remedy for redressal of his grievance under Section 17 of the SARFEASI Act. The Petitioner may avail of alternate remedy prescribed in law. 4.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of, with liberty as above.
