The above Misc. Civil Application is filed by the Applicant Wife seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.A/516/2015 from the Family Court at Aurangabad to the Family Court at Pune. Admittedly, the said Hindu Marriage Petition No.A/516/2015 filed before the Family Court at Aurangabad is dismissed for default. In view thereof, the above Misc. Civil Application has become infructous and is disposed of as such with liberty to the Applicant to file a fresh Application in the event of Hindu Marriage Petition No.A/516/2015 being restored by the Family Court at Aurangabad.
