The earlier application filed by the present applicant, being Bail Application No. 305 of 2016 was rejected by this Court vide order dated 9.1.2017 by a speaking order.

On 10.4.2017, none appeared for the applicant. On 25.4.2017, the hearing of the application was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the applicant. On 15.6.2017 also none appeared for the applicant.

The present application is filed on 27.1.2017 i.e. hardly within two weeks. As such, there is no change in circumstance. Moreover, none appears for the applicant. In view of this, the Application stands dismissed for want of non-prosecution.
