This application is preferred by the Applicant for carrying out appropriate amendment in cause title of Petition as well as to place on record the certain documents.

The learned Counsel Ms. Manjiri Parasnis for Applicant submit that the suit property was purchased by the Applicant by registered Conveyance Deed dated 19th May, 2014.

In view of the subsequent development, the Applicant preferred the

Yadav VG 2 8.caw.524.17.odt. present Civil Application for carrying out amendment to Writ Petition.

Learned AGP Mr. Rayrikar for State has no objection, if the amendment is allowed, because the same is formal in nature.

Considering the submission made by learned Counsel for Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out the case for allowing the amendment application. Hence, following order.

ORDER

(A) Applicant is permitted to carry out amendment in Writ Petition No. 10782 of 2015 as per the Schedule annexed to the present Civil Application.

(B) Amendment to be carried out within three weeks from today with costs.

(C) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated above, the Applicant is directed to serve amended copy of Petition on Office of the AGP, High Court Appellate Side, Mumbai within one week thereafter.

(D) Civil Application stand disposed of accordingly.
