The petitioner who is challenging order passed by Collector dated 30th October 2023 against which the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the Commissioner which is pending. 2.

If the petitioner is seeking relief of expediting the appeal, the remedy of petitioner is to file a petition seeking appropriate relief before a Division Bench.

Therefore, the petition cannot be entertained however it will be open for the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the Division Bench seeking appropriate relief.
