This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in CR No.450/2014 registered with Borivali Police Station, Mumbai. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to allow the application.

The applicant in BA No.89/2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and the amended copy of the application be served upon the leaned counsel for the original complainant within the same stipulated period.
