The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay in filing the above Contempt Petition. Such an application is misconceived as delay cannot be condoned in filing of a Contempt Petition. The Civil Application is accordingly rejected, in view thereof the Contempt Petition does not survive and to accordingly stand disposed of. However, the disposal of the Contempt Petition should not be construed as any expression of opinion as regards the non compliance of the order of which Contempt is alleged.
