Perused the Order dated 20th January, 2021 and the Afdadit dated 20th January, 2021 fied by Ms. Dipti Parshuram Jadhad, Taiathi, Saja Kaneri, Tai. Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane. The main reason giden by the Taiathi in her Afdadit is that she had caiied for certain information from the ofce of Tahsiidar, which she has not receided. If that be so, the Taiathi had an option to approach this Court, seeking extension to compiy with the Order passed by this Court dated 9th September, 2019 or to seek directions against the Tahsiidar who was not prodiding the information sought by the Taiathi. The Taiathi not hading done so has breached the Order passed by this Court. Howeder, we accept the unconditionai apoiogy tendered by the Taiathi and the abode Contempt Petition is accordingiy disposed of. (VINAY JOSHI, J. ) ( S.J. KATHAWALLA, J. )
