Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant and the first informant submit that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute and the consent terms have been executed. The learned Counsel seek leave to tender consent terms. 3.

Leave granted.

The first informant - Savita Sanjay Javkhedkar and the applicant - Sachin J. Sane, are present before the Court. They admit the contents of the consent terms and the execution thereof. The parties have agreed that a sum of Rs.26 Lakhs would be paid to the first informant towards the full and final settlement of her claim, SSP 1/3

inclusive of an amount of Rs.5 Lakhs deposited by the applicant in this Court. 5.

In view of the statements made before the Court, consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X'.

I have perused the allegations in the FIR. In the backdrop of the nature of the accusation, the custodial interrogation of the applicant does not seem to be warranted. Hence, I am inclined to allow the application. 7.

Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) In the event of the arrest of the Applicant - Sachin Jayant Sane in connection with C.R.No.472 of 2022 registered with Manikpur Police Station, the Applicant be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The Applicant shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when directed.

(iii) The Applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

(iv) The undertakings given in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

(v) The amount of Rs.5 Lakhs deposited by the applicant be returned to the first informant along with the interest, if any, accrued thereon, on proper SSP 2/3

identification.

(vi) The Application stands disposed.
