Hence, the following order:

a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus:

(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the Application and be further pleased to grant permission to the Applicant to serve the Respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(j), 2(a) to 2(d), 3 to 12, 13(a) to 13(c), 15(a) to 15(c), 17, 18, 20(c), 20(d), 23 to 26, 30, 31 (a) to 31(c), 32 and 33 by paper publication in daily news paper Free Press Journal and Asali Azadi, as prayed.

b) Paper publication is made returnable after 16 weeks.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
