Heard learned counsel for the parties for some time. 2.
It transpires that the partial investigation is complete and the charge-sheet is filed, qua some of the accused. Three out of the seven accused have been arrested and released on bail. Two accused namely Sau.Purva Pravin Kuwlekar and Jayant Mohan Mayekar are stated to be granted anticipatory bail by Sessions Court and the accused Bhumika Bhushan Sawant has been recently arrested.

Be that as it may, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the Investigating Officer states N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2
17-aba-299-2022 that the Investigating Officer shall issue a notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. giving 72 hours notice to the Applicant, in the event the Investigating Officer intends to arrest the Applicant. The statement so made is accepted.

The Criminal Application is disposed of with liberty to the Applicant to renew the request for anticipatory bail, in the event of receipt of the notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. C.V. BHADANG, J.
