The present application is filed for restoration of above writ petition. On 13th January 2016, the writ petition was placed before the Registrar (Judicial) as the objections raised by the Registry were not removed by the Petitioner. The Registrar granted four weeks time to remove office objection and passed self-operative order, which conditioned that failing to remove office objections within the stipulated time, the writ petition should stand dismissed. The Applicant could not remove office objections within the stipulated period and in view of the self-operative order, the petition stood dismissed.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant today makes a statement that whatever office objections raised by the Registry will be removed within two weeks from today. The averment is also made in the civil application explaining the circumstances in which the objections could not be removed within the stipulated time. The explanation is also given for the delay in filing present application. Explanations are satisfactory.

In the light of above, we allow civil application in terms of prayer clauses (AA) and (B). Writ petition stands restored to the file. 4.
Civil Application stands disposed of.
