Heard. Perused the contents of the application. Also perused the judgment of the Reference Court.

In the circumstances of the case, the judgment of the Reference Court is stayed on the condition that the applicants deposit the entire decretal amount in the Reference Court within a period of 12 weeks. In case the amount is deposited, the respondents/claimants are permitted to withdraw the same on furnishing bank guarantee to the satisfaction of the Reference Court which shall be kept alive during the pendency of the appeal.
