Transfer is sought on the ground of hardship. My attention is invited to the fact that applicant is custodian of minor daughter. Applicant will require to travel almost 400 kms. one way for attending proceedings initiated by the respondent/husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for dissolution of marriage. It is further informed that the applicant is not supported by any financial aid.
