This is an application received through jail. The contention of the applicant is that, the other co-accused have been released on bail by this Court and he is the only accused who is languishing in jail since the date of his arrest. He has stated that the trial be concluded expeditiously.

The learned APP on instructions submitted that the Sessions Case No.2 of 2012 arising out of CR no.55 of 2011 registered with Saphale Police Station, District Palghar has already commenced and only two witnesses are yet to be examined by the prosecution. She further on instructions submitted that it may take approximately three months for the conclusion of the trial.
