2] Heard Ms.Deshmukh, learned APP for the State. 3] This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent No.2 to register an offence against Mr.Kapil Kumar and Mr.Dilip Panaskar of Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd. of Khalapur, Raigad. 4] The record discloses that the petitioner, who is a Advocate, filed complaint dated 14th January, 2015 with Rasayani Police Station. Thereafter, the Station in-charge Rasayani Police Station, Raigad informed the petitioner (vide letter which is at page 1/2

osk 24-wp-438-2015.odt 9 of the compilation) that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and it is found that the allegations made therein are of Civil Nature. The petitioner was accordingly, informed to approach proper Court for redressal of his grievance. In the light of the said communication, we find that the petitioner has an alternate remedy to file complaint before the Magistrate in respect of his grievance and therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. 5] Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
