Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that pursuant to the order dated 12th February, 2020, whereby the applicant was granted interim relief, the applicant was arrested and released on bail. The learned counsel further submits that, post completion of investigation, the investigating offcer has lodged charge sheet against the applicant. A copy of the charge sheet is tendered for the perusal of the Court.

The aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the applicant are borne out by the charge sheet.

In view of above, the order dated 12th February, 2020 is made absolute.

The application stands disposed of.
