Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks time to take instructions, whether the bank has been able to recover any amount from the Respondent pursuant to the order passed by the Cooperative Court in the year 2007. It is noted that the Respondents have not remained present throughout the proceedings. As regards Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are concerned, the notice has been returned with the remark "not found". Learned advocate for the Petitioner, therefore, seeks time to consider whether it is practicably possible to recover the amount from the Respondent and whether the petition can be pursued further on merits. S.O. to 29 September, 2016 for directions, on final hearing board.'

As noted above in the order dated 2 September 2016, the issues raised in this writ petition seem to have rendered academic with no practical consequence.
