Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned APP on instruction submits that pursuant to the order dated 11th February, 2020 whereby the interim relief was granted to the applicant, the applicant was arrested and released on bail. The learned APP further submits that post completion of investigation, charge sheet has been lodged against the applicant on 27th January, 2021.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the order dated 11th February, 2020 is made absolute.

The application stands disposed of.
