After having heard the Petition for some time, when it was pointed to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the remedy of the Petitioner as regards the substantive reliefs qua the secured creditor would lie to the Debt Recovery Tribunal/Appellate Tribunal, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, states that the Petitioner will do so and seeks extension of the protection granted in this Writ Petition.
