The prayer is for relaxation of condition (C) incorporated in order of grant of bail dated 18th February, 2019. 2.

The submissions are, the other accused are permitted to enter the jurisdiction of Pune district and the applicant is out of the district since last four years.

This Court was sensitive to the grant of bail to the other accused and in spite of the same has incorporated condition of not to enter the Pune district at the time of grant of bail till conclusion of trial. There are no mitigating circumstances which warrant relaxation as prayed.

The application as such stands rejected.

5.

However, liberty to approach afresh if the trial is not concluded within six months.
