Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that in paragraph 2, Page 2, 6th line and in the chart, instead of "claimant", inadvertently it is mentioned as "deceased" and in paragraph 4, instead of "Thane", it is mentioned as "Kolhapur", hence, requested to carry out necessary corrections. 2.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the appellant, necessary corrections be carried out in the original judgment and the corrected judgment be uploaded on the official website of Bombay High Court.
