Admittedly the petitioner has been appointed in the year 2008. Petitioner claims that she ought to have been appointed on the basis of the earlier order passed by the Division Bench of this Court. We have gone through the said order and considering the fact that the petitioner has thereafter being appointed in the year 2008, no relief can be claimed by the petitioner to get appointment in the year 2006.
