The learned counsel submits that the Petitioners are Project Affected Persons. The Petitioners are allotted some land, however, not the entire land, the area of which, the Petitioners are entitled to. According to the learned counsel, the Application has been given by the Petitioners but the same has not been attended to by the Respondent authority.
