Hadal attached to Kankavli Police Station, District Sindhudurg submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime police have filed chargesheet on 13th September 2019 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kankavali and the same has been numbered as R.C.C. No. 74 of 2019. 2) Advocate Mr. Farhan Shaikh submitted that, the Advocate on record for the Petitioners have already returned their brief and their 'No Objection' to the Petitioners.

3) Record further indicates that, after 9th July 2018 the Petitioners did not take any effort, even to circulate the Petition for admission. 1/2
