This is an application for extension of time to furnish sureties by further period of four weeks. 2.

By an order dated 18-12-2015 the period to furnish surety was already extended by four weeks. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that though his client has furnished surety and the same have been verified, actual execution of the bond is to be effected. He submitted that the surety has gone to his native place for his own marriage and will be back to Mumbai within a period of two weeks from today. In the circumstances he prayed for four weeks time for N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

In view of the above the period for furnishing the sureties as directed by order dated 05-10-2015 and extended by order dated 18-12-2015 is hereby further extended by for the period of four weeks from today.
